Bridge wearing a uniform is not actually something that's at all unusual. He wears one nearly every day, after all. However, it's Halloween, and so while the uniform he put on when he woke up this morning was the usual SPD C-Squad one? The one he changes in to *after* classes is definitely not the usual.
