Bridge unlocks his door and then brings out a stack of plastic cups, a couple of bottles of pop, and a bottle of spacevodka before taking a seat on one of the beds.

"Okay then. Everyone know the rules?"

Bridge shrugs and doesn't drink. The pageant wasn't detention, exactly, so that didn't count.

It occurs to him that his relative lack of drinks at this point really isn't helping dissuade people of the notion that he's innocent and harmless. On the other hand, it's not like he can *help* the fact that he almost never gets caught.
