After closing up the library for the day, Bridge heads over to Xander's on a mission. A mission to cook a dinner that would not involve any replicating of food. Well, okay, maybe a little replicating. If there was no other option. Because it's the 13th and that's usually anniversary-day but this month it's also Rosh Hashannah, but that kind of works out nicely since there's no one else in Fandom Bridge would rather spend tonight with anyway.

"Only if you've got a matching one with *my* name on it," Bridge replies.

"....Where would I be wearing this? Hypothetically?"

"Hypothetically?" Bridge echoes. "Maybe, I don't know, on a chain or a cord or something?" he reaches out to trace a line from Xander's neck and down his chest, stopping right by his heart. "Here?"

Xander catches Bridge's gloved fingers in his own. "Yeah? I could see that."

"Really?" Bridge asks, grinning at Xander.

"Well, nothing with a thousand watts of cubic zirconium." Sparkly... would be bad. Bad taste aside, it would remind him too much of other things. "I have bling issues."

"Yeah, no. I would not get you something that could conceivably be used to signal planes," Bridge rolls his eyes.

Xander cracks up. "Maybe you could implant a GPS thingy in it instead."

Bridge laughs at that. "That's an idea. Though I'm already a walking GPS locator," he points out.

"Well, true. But could you actually find me from orbit?"

"Probably?" Bridge says. "I think. Maybe. I've never actually tried from that far before..."

"Next time you go into space without me, you should test it," Xander teases.

"I'd rather take you with me, though, if I could," Bridge informs him.

"I know. But I really wouldn't fit in your luggage."

"Unless you were shrunk by like a spell or a shrink-ray or something," which... actually happened with alarming frequency in his reality.

"That'd be convenient for carrying me, but not so convenient for other things."

"No, so stay away from aliens with shrink rays or shrinking spells," Bridge says firmly.

"Well, there goes my itinerary for the weekend."

Bridge just sticks his tongue out in response to that.

"Did you have other plans maybe?"

"Plans that involve you-sized you, yes." Bridge says firmly.

"Bungee-jumping?" Xander guesses.

"Well, some of it involves me jumping *you*," Bridge admits.

"That'd be easier if I were smaller," Xander points out. "Oh wait. That was a euphemism, wasn't it."
