Echolls Estate [Saturday Evening]

The ballroom of the mansion is done up in the same mostly-green colour scheme as the wedding ceremony. There's no assigned seating- unless you're in the wedding party, and then you're at the head table (unless you felt like moving around, of course, because gluing people to their seats was not part of the plan)- just several small tables around the room. Off to the side there's also a table meant for wedding gifts. There is, of course, plenty of food and drink, including the most important food-item of them all: the cake Piper had crafted exactly to Xander and Bridge's specifications.

"I'd never say control," Peter said quickly, possibly looking over his shoulder for the redhead in question. "But certainly redirection can be done."

"Oh." One might think being with Xander would mean Bridge would figure out how to tell when people are kidding, but apparently not so much. "Well, um. Thanks, dude."

"Our door is always open," Bridge promises. And then grins even wider. "We have a door that's *ours*!"

Ronan came over, grinning almost equally uncontrollably. "Bridge!" he said. "Congratulations! Just, wow. Dude. Seriously."

"So, what next?" Ronan asked. "Honeymoon, and then what?"

"Well, I've kind of got my work cut out for me- Gruumm's on his way to Earth eventually," Bridge replies since despite being psychic he's not aware of what's in store for him tomorrow. "And Xander's got to find a job."

Ronan blinked for a moment, and then it clicked. "Right," he said, "you're heading back to your own homeworld. Time. Thing. Which sucks. You'll visit, though, right?"

"I'm kind of needed there," Bridge points out. "And of course I will. There's Homecoming and stuff, after all."

If there's one thing Ronan understood, it was duty. "Let me know if there's ever anything I can do to help," he told Bridge. "Anything. I'll be there as fast as I can get a portal."

Which is pretty fast when you can essentially make your own.
