Echolls Estate [Saturday Evening]

The ballroom of the mansion is done up in the same mostly-green colour scheme as the wedding ceremony. There's no assigned seating- unless you're in the wedding party, and then you're at the head table (unless you felt like moving around, of course, because gluing people to their seats was not part of the plan)- just several small tables around the room. Off to the side there's also a table meant for wedding gifts. There is, of course, plenty of food and drink, including the most important food-item of them all: the cake Piper had crafted exactly to Xander and Bridge's specifications.

"I think you might be right," Bridge says, unable to resist the urge to bounce just a little.

Cameron chuckled. "So I'm not sure exactly what the official thing to say at these things, but I'm sure you guys will be happy and I wish you the best?"

Bridge snorts. "I think we kind of threw traditional proceedings out the window when it comes to this wedding, so that works for me," he replies. "And thanks, dude."

"Thanks for the invitation," Cameron said. "And it was a good ceremony, even if I think you overworked Anders at the beginning there."

"Well, it was either that or everyone else would have to make the walk unescorted."

"At least it gave him training," Cameron grinned.

"He's an athlete, he can take it," Bridge says in a mock-dismissive tone.

"So it was all in his best interest?" Cameron smirked.

"Uh huh," Bridge nods. "That's my story and I'm sticking to it."

"Besides, he can't complain about escorting girls," Cameron decided.

"Exactly!" Bridge says. "I suppose Bel might, but pssht. It's too late now."

"Seriously, that's one thing I don't want a mental image of," Cameron deadpanned.

"Sorry," Bridge says apologetically. "I didn't mean to cause any mental images."

"Just watch it next time," Cameron teased. "So where's the honeymoon set?"

"Xander's reality for a bit, then... the moon." He had no idea anyone might consider that unusual.

Cameron paused. "The moon?"

"Yes?"

"Like the moon moon," he repeated as if it needed clarification.

"Well, my world's moon," Bridge elaborates. "There's a whole big touristy thing there now."

"Wow," Cameron paused. "Cool. I think I'm jealous."

"You should come visit sometime," Bridge offers. "...Not until after next week," he amends after a moment.

"I won't interrupt the honeymoon," Cameron promised. "But thanks, I might just take you up on that."

"Our door is always open," Bridge promises. And then grins even wider. "We have a door that's *ours*!"
