Echolls Estate [Saturday Evening]

The ballroom of the mansion is done up in the same mostly-green colour scheme as the wedding ceremony. There's no assigned seating- unless you're in the wedding party, and then you're at the head table (unless you felt like moving around, of course, because gluing people to their seats was not part of the plan)- just several small tables around the room. Off to the side there's also a table meant for wedding gifts. There is, of course, plenty of food and drink, including the most important food-item of them all: the cake Piper had crafted exactly to Xander and Bridge's specifications.

Cameron had claimed his seat and had found some food and something with alcohol. One without the other seemed like a bad idea.

Peter grinned when he saw Cam and took a seat nearby. "Stickbug Brother! How's Colorado treating you?"

It was always good to see another Stickbug and Cameron grinned at Peter. "Pretty good," he replied. "How's kingship treating you? Is that a word?"

Jen was lost in thought, staring at the centerpiece on the table, doing her best to pretend she wasn't kind of wistful and mopey herself. Her best wasn't all that great tonight, though.

Peter had claimed food and something to drink and was torn between reflecting on how much he enjoyed seeing everyone and how nice it was to be at a party where he wasn't king.

Veronica found a table and put her purse and camera down. She decided to sit down for a few minutes and take her shoes off.

She had no idea where Dick was.

He'd seen her earlier, but it hadn't seem the right time then to go over. Now, with a bit of liquid courage added to the equation, he finally did move over when he noticed Veronica alone for a moment. "Hey."

Wyatt wandered over and slid into a seat by Piper. "Hi, Mom," he said.

Parker wandered by with a glass of champagne, paused, and pointed at Marco. "Polar bear."

Anders had taken it upon himself to make the occasional rounds of the reception, and he couldn't not stop when he caught sight of Angela.

"Hey, you," he said warmly.

It was difficult to find dark corners to skulk in at a wedding, so Bel made due with a table in a back corner. He really wasn't comfortable with this being at Logan's place. But at least the A/C was working.

Anders wandered down from the head table to sneak a kiss, and maybe steal some food off Bel's plate. Likewise, he looked incredibly grateful about the air conditioning.

Kerrigan seemed marginally more comfortable now that she had a plate of food and a place to sit. Marginally. Her back was rigid straight and she was digging in with her own sense of purpose.

Lindsey was more than likely in a chair next to Piper, working on a plate of food. And up for mingling in the morning after I pass out for a while
