Echolls Estate [Saturday Evening]

The ballroom of the mansion is done up in the same mostly-green colour scheme as the wedding ceremony. There's no assigned seating- unless you're in the wedding party, and then you're at the head table (unless you felt like moving around, of course, because gluing people to their seats was not part of the plan)- just several small tables around the room. Off to the side there's also a table meant for wedding gifts. There is, of course, plenty of food and drink, including the most important food-item of them all: the cake Piper had crafted exactly to Xander and Bridge's specifications.

"Isabel did most of the work," Bridge admits. "I mean, we had some vague ideas, but she's the one who made it all come together like that."

"I might need to get her to plan when it's our turn," Angela decided, then clapped a hand over her mouth. "...Not that I'm planning completely in advance of, like, a real proposal."

"If I know Marty at all, I don't doubt that there *will* be a real one, eventually," Bridge replies. "So I don't think there's anything wrong with planning a little in advance."

"And I might even say yes, if there was a real one," Angela allowed. "So what are you doing after the wedding?" She paused. "Other than the -- you know."

Bridge snorts. "We thought about spending the night at the hotel here in Neptune, but... there's still some packing to do, back at the apartment in Fandom, so we're doing that tomorrow morning, and then heading off in the afternoon."
