The ballroom of the mansion is done up in the same mostly-green colour scheme as the wedding ceremony. There's no assigned seating- unless you're in the wedding party, and then you're at the head table (unless you felt like moving around, of course, because gluing people to their seats was not part of the plan)- just several small tables around the room. Off to the side there's also a table meant for wedding gifts. There is, of course, plenty of food and drink, including the most important food-item of them all: the cake Piper had crafted exactly to Xander and Bridge's specifications.

Dawn wasn't sure it counted as dragging, but she was definitely going to dance with Sam in public. "C'mon," she ~~whined~~ coaxed, "It's a slow one."

Sam was more willing to be coaxed or dragged or all of the above since he wasn't sure when the next time they'd get to dance like this would be. "You'll tell me if I step on you, right?"

"You'll be able to tell from the loud ow," she promised.

"Okay. Slow music is good. I can handle this speed," Sam said, smiling as he slipped his arm around Dawn. "So, they went through with it and everything, and nothing invaded or attacked. That's always a good end to a wedding."

"Yeah, about that second part..."

Sam nearly stopped dancing as he looked at Dawn. "What about it?"

"There was a Thing. It's done now," she added quickly, "but that's why Xander was late."

"What kind of thing?" Sam asked, pulling her closer instinctively. "I thought he was just flaking out a little."

"He might have been," she admitted, "but there was also Thingage. All I know is that it was Bridge's kind of bad, not ours. But they're good, and they're married, and I think we could maybe use Bridge's smile to power something important."

"He does look like his picture should be in the dictionary next to 'ecstatic,'" Sam replied, smiling gently. "Are you sure it's okay now? That they're okay and we're okay?"

"Xander told me that it's okay, so I have to trust that he wouldn't let all of us get attacked on what's probably the happiest day of his life," Dawn shrugged, leaning into him as they moved with the music, "and why wouldn't we be okay?"
